Knesset will receive members of the European Jewish Parliament

In spite of the "hot season", when Israel is forming a coalition, the head of Knesset majority Ze'ev Elkin found time for a short visit to Brussels, where session of the European Jewish Parliament (EJP), created by the European Union of Jewish (EJU) was held. 120 deputies from 52 countries worldwide came to the “capital of Europe”.

Zeev Elkin gave a speech at the opening  of the plenary session in the European Parliament hall. Jewish envoys greeted with applause words of Israeli parliamentarian that he is proud to be present at the historic meeting of the European Jewish Parliament.

"The members of the EJP - our reliable partners, we look at you with hope and believe that together we will go the right way, and today more than ever Israel needs your help and support!" - Zeev Elkin said from the EJP tribune. "I want to thank EJU President Igor Kolomoisky – only a few today can boast of such significant achievements in a short time, we can see how bright and strong leader appeared today in the Jewish movement ..." - said the head of Knesset majority Ze'ev Elkin.
 
Israeli Parliament member passed EJP an invitation to visit the Knesset in Israel. Later, it was decided to conduct a joint meeting of EJP and the Knesset in the nearest future.
